Details

Your team's strengths and weaknesses will be analyzed and then Coach Sullivan will train your team to compete at your optimal level for your season.

Coach Sullivan, the Director of Systematic Training, comes to your location and brings all of his unique experience as both a teacher and coach of volleyball with him.

Assistant coaches will be Springfield College players who have first hand experience practicing and playing in the Systematic Training Program.

In addition to focusing on individual players and skills, your team is trained as a whole unit and is given an authentic opportunity to prepare for your upcoming season.

Your team will go through similar drills and training methods that Coach Sullivan uses with his team. Of course, the activities will be customized to meet the needs of your players.

Your team will benefit from Coach Sullivan's statistical and video analysis (as permitted) to assist in training.

As your team's head coach, you will be given practice plans, skill research, and training drills that can be used for your entire season and in building your program for future seasons.

Whereas most camps are five days, Systematic Training's three day approach will keep your players as physically fresh as possible while still providing an in-depth preparation for your team's upcoming season.
